At Envy Ink & Lash, all booking deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit holds your appointment time and covers the time, preparation, and product setup that goes into your service — even if the appointment is not completed.

Please understand:

• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance, including cancellations, no-shows, or being ineligible for service due to previous work or medical restrictions.

• All services are final. Due to the nature of permanent makeup and lash services, no refunds will be issued once a service has been performed, regardless of the outcome.

• I do not guarantee results, as healed results can vary based on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and previous work.
