Cancellation Policy
Lash Extension Booking Policy – Envy Ink & Lash To provide the best service and maintain a smooth experience for all clients, please review and agree to the following policies before booking your lash appointment: 1. Booking Deposit: All lash extension appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. This deposit goes toward your total service cost and is due at the time of booking. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings. 3. Arrival Time: Please arrive on time with clean, makeup-free lashes. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation, and your deposit may be forfeited. 4. Fills & Retention: Fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks. Appointments booked after 3 weeks or with less than 40% of lashes remaining will be considered a full set. 5. Aftercare: Proper aftercare is essential for lash retention. A lash care guide will be provided. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may impact your results. 6. No Guests: To maintain a calm, sanitary environment, please arrive alone to your lash appointment. No extra guests or children are permitted in the studio. 7. Refunds: Due to the nature of the service, no refunds will be issued once your lash service is complete.
